Trial Attorney, Plaintiffs' Personal Injury

Job Description:

A plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in San Francisco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney to join our dynamic trial team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, a deep understanding of civil procedure, and a passion for improving society through the civil justice system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of personal injury cases
  
• Prepare and draft legal documents including discovery, pleadings, and mediation briefs
  
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  
• Interview clients, witnesses, and others to gather relevant information
  
• Advise clients on legal matters and potential case outcomes
  
• Develop case strategies and present evidence effectively in court
  
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  

Qualifications:

• A strong desire to relentlessly and ethically pursue justice for clients
  
• Stellar academic credentials and references
  
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in personal injury litigation
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
