Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida-based Guardianship Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 5-10 hours per week.
Paralegal Requirements:
***Strong Guardianship Paralegal***
- Handle guardianship cases from start to finish in any Florida county
- Coordinate with clients, hearings, etc.
- Coordinate signings with clients/parties
- Use Westlaw Document Builder for forms/pleadings
- Ability take a file and run with it (work independently)
- Strong attention to detail
- Compassionate communications with clients
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Spanish speaking preferred
Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
