
Mid-Level Associate – Litigation
Salary: $250,000 – $370,000
Location: New York, NY (On-site)

Roles and Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and experts
Supervise junior associates on litigation tasks
Assist with fact development, depositions, and discovery responses
Draft and review briefs, motions, memoranda, and specifically Rule 702/Daubert motions
Help develop case strategy in pharmaceutical, medical device, and product liability litigation
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to the client’s positive and collaborative culture
Job Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction applied for (NY preferred)
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
Strong legal writing skills, including extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motions
Experience in product liability litigation
Experience with pharmaceutical or medical device cases is preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Attention to detail and good business judgment
Strong oral advocacy and persuasive communication skills
