Salary: $250,000 – $370,000
Location: New York, NY (On-site)

Established through a 2005 merger of UK and US firms, the client has grown to become one of the world’s largest legal practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and experts

• Supervise junior associates on litigation tasks

• Assist with fact development, depositions, and discovery responses

• Draft and review briefs, motions, memoranda, and specifically Rule 702/Daubert motions

• Help develop case strategy in pharmaceutical, medical device, and product liability litigation

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Contribute to the client’s positive and collaborative culture

Job Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction applied for (NY preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm

• Strong legal writing skills, including extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motions

• Experience in product liability litigation

• Experience with pharmaceutical or medical device cases is preferred

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Strong project management and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently

• Attention to detail and good business judgment

• Strong oral advocacy and persuasive communication skills
