As a Corporate Counsel at RTO National, your daily responsibilities will encompass providing expert legal guidance to various departments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of contracts, working closely with stakeholders to mitigate risks and enhance business operations. Regularly, you will conduct legal research to support the company’s initiatives and prepare insightful reports on legal matters impacting the organization.

Additionally, you will be responsible for advising on corporate policies and procedures, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the company. • License to practice law in SC
• 3-8 years of experience with consumer finance, creditor rights, or financial services
• Experience working with or managing outside counsel
