A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an Employment & Labor Attorney to join its team. Responsibilities
- Handle wage & hour and employment discrimination litigation
- Conduct investigatory interviews and manage discovery
- Draft pleadings, motions, and administrative position statements
- Participate in depositions and support case strategy
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage case timelines
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active New York Bar admission
- 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in employment or labor matters
- Strong writing, organization, and case management skills
- Deposition experience is a plus
- Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
