William Mattar, P.C., the largest motor vehicle accident firm in New York, is seeking dedicated Spanish-speaking attorneys to join our growing team. With over 30 years of experience and a proven track record of favorable outcomes, we handle a high volume of auto accident cases across New York. 

In this role, you will:

• Meet with prospective clients to evaluate potential cases, providing compassionate counsel in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct thorough investigations to build strong cases.
• Negotiate assertively with insurance carriers to maximize compensation.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and firm management on caseload and strategy.
• Make yourself available to prospective clients outside regular hours.

We seek attorneys who:

• Have 1-10+ years of personal injury experience.
• Possess excellent communication and client counseling skills in both English and Spanish.
• Have a strong work ethic and passion for helping injured clients.
• Are licensed to practice law in New York.
