WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Review regulatory and legal issues for Corporation, as requested by employed Corporate attorneys.
• Review proposed contracts for Corporation, as requested by employed Corporate attorneys.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to government agencies and other legal requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor - Required

• Law License - State Bar pass bar within 6 months of hire - Required
