Duties
- You will serve as the senior expert in Reasonable accommodation (RA) activities.
- You will track, analyze, report, and offer guidance on RA requests and the Disability Program.
- You will remain up to date on federal policies and regulations related to the Disability, RA, and EEO programs and implement any changes as needed.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and appropriateness of RA processing.
- You will assign work to EEO Specialists and Assistants based on priority.
