Paralegal - Civil Defense

We are a respected national law firm is expanding its Dallas office and seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its civil defense team.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, who thrives in a litigation-focused environment and enjoys supporting a busy team of attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation and case management.

• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.

• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings and depositions.

• Conduct basic legal research and support trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in civil defense or related practice areas.

• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
