The role:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (Legal, Risk, and Compliance focused) to work with one of our clients, a global payment platform that provides businesses with a unified payment solution.
Your Impact @ Matchr:
In your role as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, your mission will be to build key relationships onsite. You will turn talent into hires by building strong stakeholder partnerships and talent processes while working as an individual contributor with a solid focus on delivering top candidates for our client.
What you will be bringing to Matchr:
- Relevant experience (5+ years) as an in-house Recruiter with a focus on hiring across the Business Support space (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, etc)
- Experience working in a high-growth environment a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment with a very hands-on attitude Track record of owning and delivering excellent stakeholder management and fully owning hiring processes end-to-end
- Experience tracking & reporting key hiring metrics and sharing with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions
- Willing to work on a hybrid model, with presence in the office 2-3 times per week in either San Francisco or Chicago
- A highly structured approach to your day-to-day to deliver maximum efficiency
