Our ideal candidate will have 4 - 7 years of experience in business litigation, including trial experience. - 4 - 7 years of experience in business litigation; prior experience in construction litigation is highly desirable.
- Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions.
- Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
- Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
