POSITION SUMMARY
The supervisor is responsible for leading a team in a structured, performance-driven environment. This role ensures quality, compliance, and operational efficiency while fostering team development and accountability.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assign district rolls to clerks using Excel and monitor workload distribution to maintain efficiency.
- Track clerk productivity and daily call volume, ensuring an average of at least 65 calls per clerk per day.
- Oversee employee timesheets, schedules, attendance, and PTO requests using Dayforce.
- Ensure clerks complete assigned tasks and reporting requirements within established deadlines.
- Supervise clerical staff by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Support the team in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while enforcing accountability for call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence.
- Review and process uncollectible accounts for submission to the tax office for board approval.
- Process MUD payments as required.
- Work effectively in a structured environment and collaborate with a diverse team to support overall success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous office experience required, 1-2 years call center experience preferred, 6 months of experience within the call center at Perdue Brandon preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus, Spanish, Vietnamese a definite plus
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Some college (Preferred)
