• Ideal candidate will specialize in the legal aspects of managing multi-family real estate, specifically managing tenant evictions, resolve tenant disputes, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Comfortable with conflict resolution and a good understanding of eviction process
• Strong understanding of local landlord-tenant laws and terminology
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail
• Acting with good character, competence, and sound judgments when dealing with client matters
