What You'll Do as the Commercial Litigation Associate:
• Oversee litigation processes from initial investigation through to final resolution
• Craft compelling legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct thorough legal research to inform case strategies
• Represent clients in various legal forums including courts and arbitration proceedings
• Engage in settlement negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in client disputes
• Collaborate with a diverse team of legal professionals
• Stay abreast of evolving commercial litigation laws and precedents
You'll Succeed as the Commercial Litigation Associate if you Have:
• A Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in good standing
• At least 4 years of hands-on commercial litigation experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting legal documents and discovery requests
• In-depth understanding of relevant laws at federal, state, and local levels
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Unwavering commitment to professional ethics
• Proficiency with legal research tools and standard office software
