This is a prime opportunity for a legal professional with 2–7 years of experience in estate litigation, probate, and estate administration who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload involving estate litigation, probate proceedings, and estate administration matters.
Represent clients in court proceedings related to contested wills, fiduciary disputes, and other estate-related litigation.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on complex estate and trust issues.
Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure high-quality client service and efficient case resolution.
Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, courts, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of New Jersey.
2 to 7 years of relevant experience in estate litigation, probate, and estate administration.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong professional judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive and resourceful, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
