Paralegal - Real Estate Development and Investments - Houston

  Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group is seeking a paralegal with prior commercial real estate experience to work in the Houston office.  Successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, title policies and endorsements, and preparing related work product. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience working for a law firm or title company on title and survey review and will preferably meet one of the following criteria: (1) Bachelor’s Degree; (2) Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, or (3) CLA Certification. This position requires a highly organized, self-motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism, and enjoys a team-oriented working environment.
