Our rapidly growing law firm is seeking a Senior Recruiter to play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious hiring goals. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will manage efforts to meet our specialized hiring needs, streamline recruitment processes, and provide key metrics and analysis to inform our talent acquisition strategy.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and onboarding for a wide range of roles, including attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, contractors, virtual assistants, and remote employees.
- Work closely with the HR Director and leadership team to understand the evolving hiring needs of the firm. Provide strategic insight on staffing requirements and work with department heads to ensure optimal talent matches.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media outreach, talent communities, and cold outreach. Constantly improve and streamline the recruiting process to ensure efficiency and high-quality candidate experiences.
- Use applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to organize, track, and report on the recruiting pipeline. Produce actionable insights and metrics to help drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to final offer. You'll manage interview schedules, gather feedback, and collaborate with hiring managers to secure top talent.
- Provide regular reports and recruiting metrics, offering insights into the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and how they align with the firm’s goals.
- Seek candidates who align with our company’s values and have the potential to contribute to our dynamic and collaborative work culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to both legal and non-legal industries (law firm experience preferred but not required).
- Experience recruiting across a variety of categories, including full-time employees, contractors, remote workers, and virtual assistants.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Skills:
- Fluent communication in both English and Spanish
- Proven track record of improving and streamlining recruiting processes, driving efficiencies, and delivering on hiring goals.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with hiring managers, department heads, and candidates.
- Advanced sourcing skills, utilizing multiple platforms (social media, job boards, networking, etc.) to find and engage top talent.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- High-energy, results-driven, and willing to do what it takes to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Compensation: $80,000 -$110,000 annually (compensated on experience)
