POSITION TITLE: Support Staff
LOCATION: District 26, Major County Office Located in Fairview
STATUS: Full Time, Non-Exempt, Immediate Opening
CLOSING: Applications accepted until August 22, 2025, with interviews to begin the week of August 25, 2025.
SALARY: Salary based upon Experience and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent customer service and people skills. This position performs a variety of administrative duties. This position also provides customer service to the public, Judicial Offices, Attorneys, and other Courthouse staff.
JOB DESCRIPTION: This position requires data entry in computer system, answering phones, preparation of documents, preparation of files, pulling of files, and filing in files.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School or GED equivalent. Preference for prior legal and/or office experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Prior office experience, excellent computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, willingness to learn all aspects of the office. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
