Legal Administrator
The Legal Administrator will manage client files, and serve as the main point of contract for clients, while representing the company in a professional manner.
Schedule: Regular business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Salary: $16.00/hour
Location: Must commute to our office in Coppell, TX at least 1 day a week, can work remotely the remainder of the time.

DAY TO DAY
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of various types of consumer debt disputes received within the Legal and Compliance Department.
- Daily processing of written/direct disputes, specialized processes, dispute investigations and maintaining personal performance metrics
- Responsible for creating and remitting standardized or ad hoc letters to both consumers and
clients as appropriate.
- Respond to consumers, authorized third parties and attorneys regarding status of dispute
resolution.
- Responsible for performing all duties in a manner compliant with the laws and regulations governing
our industry (including but not limited to the FDCPA, FCRA and CFPB).
May also be responsible for specialized processes, including, but not limited to.
- Conducting dispute investigations on behalf of a client.
- Pulling and executing internal reports and e-Oscar reports.
- Physically scanning and assigning disputes to team members and forwarding dispute documentation for client review.
WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must able to type 40 wpm, and also have 10-Key experience
- Must have excellent, professional oral and written communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment where top priorities change regularly
- Good problem-solving and analytic skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills a must
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, word)
Nice To Have:
- College degree or coursework is a plus
- Experience working in a legal setting
- Experience with CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems) collection system is a plus
- Experience with Pacer
