In this role, you will be responsible for:
The Legal Co Op will participate in various areas within the in-house legal department, including Ethics & Compliance, Employment Law, and Litigation
Your experience will be unique based on the business needs and your career interests
The legal co-op will be exposed to a broad array of hands-on opportunities in the areas such as risk assessments, internal investigations, employment/labor, commercial contracts, litigation/disputes, facilities/leases, intellectual property, NDAs, regulatory audits, contract negotiations, legal training, import/export matters, ethics & compliance, and/or other areas to meet business needs.
The legal co-op will work under the direction of in-house counsel or other experienced legal, contracts, or import/export professionals
