• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday - Friday

• Advocate for injured employees in legal proceedings against the company or insurance provider
• Secure settlements on behalf of clients
• Guide clients through the appeals process, keeping them informed and managing their expectations
• Prepare and organize briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Submit legal documents electronically (e-file)
• Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Undertake administrative project tasks as needed
• Oversee the medical records process: request, review, index, and summarize

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Iowa Bar
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney, including 1 year within workers compensation or personal injury
• Ability to travel to court and other locations for client meetings
• Strong commitment to high-quality legal work
