
Job Description
SUMMARY:
- The primary purpose of this role is to intake calls, communicate with clients, and evaluate prospective new clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive calls, emails, and walk-ins from prospective clients and gather information to become familiar with their cases for determination.
- Utilize software to schedule new client appointments and prepare necessary new client paperwork.
- Coordinate sign-ups and locations with investigators for client appointments being held outside the firm.
- Communicate proactively with all team members, investigators, and clients through the intake process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- No prior experience or training; Previous legal experience preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
