We are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney specializing in commercial real estate finance to join our team. This position is available in our New York and New Jersey offices. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions, with a strong background in leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures.
Key qualifications include:
- Admission to the bar in New York or New Jersey, or eligibility for admission in one of these states.
- A proven track record in commercial real estate finance, including both lender and borrower-side transactions.
- Expertise in leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures is highly desirable.
- Exceptional academic credentials.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients and effectively manage relationships.
We offer a competitive starting salary, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $425,000 plus, based on qualifications and experience.
