Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a global law firm, seeks a Litigation Associate with a minimum of one year of general litigation experience. A minimum of one year experience preparing and defending depositions is required. The individual hired for this position will support our automotive consumer litigation practice and will be responsible for preparing and defending depositions of corporate representatives, including designated Person(s) Most Knowledgeable / Qualified.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Must be admitted to the California Bar.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Products liability and/or consumer law background a plus. • A minimum of one year experience preparing and defending corporate representative depositions. • Superior analytical abilities. • Excellent written and verbal skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
