In this role, you will:
- Be part of a team of legal assistants with 5-7 attorneys on your desk
- Prepares correspondence, memorandum and other legal documents to include proofreading, formatting, and file management
- Conduct conflict checks and open new matters
- Enter and review attorney time and pre-bills
- Manage calendars, CLE, and submit expenses for reimbursement
- Provide backup support for reception as needed
- Have client interaction as appropriate
- Additional administrative responsibilities will be required
You will excel in this role by:
· Utilizing your 3-5 years of experience of working in a team orientated law firm environment, supporting multiple attorneys
· Having an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
· Communicating effectively with various types of people, from attorneys to clients.
Position Details:
This is a Full-Time 40 hours a week position located in Downtown Denver, Colorado, with the option to work remotely up to 3 days a week as business needs allow. The pay range is $78,000 - $90,000 per year; actual pay will be determined based on experience.
