Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid 3 to 5 days/week in office)

Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, youll be a hands-on builder not just a manager. Youll work directly with product teams and legal professionals to ship features that deliver measurable value to users. 

Expect to:

Design & build customer-facing features end-to-end.

Engineer scalable Gen-AI workflows (hybrid RAG, agentic flows, hallucination guardrails, etc.).

Own projects like ingesting millions of PDFs and summarizing legally relevant insights.

Collaborate daily with product and domain experts to refine user experience.

Ensure code quality, security, and performance through reviews & automation.

Who was looking for Core Skills

Strong full-stack expertise in Python (FastAPI) & React/Next.js.

Proven track record of shipping high-quality products quickly.

Experience with LLM APIs & prompt engineering.

Ability to implement advanced AI workflows (hybrid RAG, agents, etc.).

Startup or AI-product experience.

Ability to work from the San Francisco office 3-5 days/week.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $180,000 $215,000
