Your Role in Our Mission
As a Litigation Partner, you will:
- Lead the Madison, WI market, driving revenue and team growth.
- Foster a positive office culture, camaraderie, and collaboration across professionals in various roles and locations.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team on market growth plans and strategy.
- Make improvement recommendations to other partners and firm leadership.
- Manage family law cases from beginning to end, providing superior customer service to all clients.
- Track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.
Qualification Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
- 10+ years of Domestic Litigation Experience
- 1st chair family law experience, and experience handling complex litigation matters.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.
- Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
