Your Role in Our Mission

As a Litigation Partner, you will:

• Lead the Madison, WI market, driving revenue and team growth.
• Foster a positive office culture, camaraderie, and collaboration across professionals in various roles and locations.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team on market growth plans and strategy.
• Make improvement recommendations to other partners and firm leadership.
• Manage family law cases from beginning to end, providing superior customer service to all clients.
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.

Qualification Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• 10+ years of Domestic Litigation Experience
• 1st chair family law experience, and experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
