Job Description

Fusion Health is seeking a bright, motivated, and outgoing Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal  team at our Woodbridge, NJ office location! This candidate will participate in dynamic and challenging projects related to contract management, legal research, compliance, and other administrative tasks. This role looks like...

The Legal team is vital to our organization’s mission and growth. This role will provide assistance with a multitude of projects that will enhance the team’s success, such as:

  • Assist in the drafting, review, and organization of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Maintain and track contract databases, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts, including SOC II Type II audits, industry certifications, and internal compliance processes.
  • Conduct initial legal research and prepare reports on various legal topics related to corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
  • Assist with IP and business registration filings and document management related to patents and trademarks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to facilitate legal and compliance initiatives.
  • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and vendors.
  • Organize and maintain legal records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
  • Provide administrative support for the legal department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining internal legal files.
  • Manage legal department initiatives/projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or a related field
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution highly preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience as a paralegal; strong preference for experience in a corporate or in-house legal setting.
  • Familiarity with contract management, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Details:

  • This is an on-site (hybrid), full-time, salaried position at our Woodbridge, NJ office location. Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
