Job Description

Overview

The incumbent supports team with data analysis, tool development as well as operational tasks. S/he is also responsible for gathering requirements from business teams and delivering complete solutions and products.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

 

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Conduct financial and transaction data analysis to form conclusive and supportive summary for further decision making
  • Decompose and deconstruct raw literal materials/documents and apply sophisticated analysis to draw constructive insights for reporting or submission
  • Examine, inspect, review and verify data from a broad range and contribute prominently to maintaining a slap-up quality level of the data security and accuracy
  • Elucidate, reveal and interpret the connotations of data and conclusions of analysis by terser and user-friendly visualization

Development

  • Promote the efficiency and raise the quality of the Compliance duty by implementing tools to automate the process
  • Robotize the reporting procedures to save manpower and reduce human error
  • Support and participate in the Compliance system implementation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or other related quantitative discipline, Master's Degree or PhD Degree is preferred
  • 1 year of work experience in data analytics
  • 3 years of IT related development experience
  • Experience in database management languages (SQL preferred)

  • Experience in analytical tools (e.g. Python, R, Tableau/Qlik Sense)

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Access and Excel

  • Ability to interpret data, analyze large datasets and succinctly present conclusions

Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $65,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
