Attorney Family Law - Exp Required

The firm handles a broad range of family law matters and is beginning to focus more specifically on military divorce and complex divorce litigation. Position Highlights:

• Manage your own caseload of family law matters (primarily divorce and custody)
• Enjoy a hybrid and flexible schedule – balance time between office and remote work as preferred
• Work alongside a highly skilled paralegal with strong institutional knowledge and case support
• Reasonable billable hours requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona law license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law in Phoenix or a related area of law
• Ability to manage clients and cases independently while contributing to a team
• Strong litigation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and desire to be part of a collaborative, tight-knit office

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary commensurate with experience
• Bonus structure that typically brings total compensation to approximately 1/3 above base
