The Opportunity
The Office of the CEO at Filevine presents a rare and immersive opportunity to gain a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-growing, founder-led tech company. The OCEO Generalist functions as an executive assistant role to the CEO but extends far beyond traditional administrative duties. It’s cross-functional in nature—exposing the right candidate to operations, finance, product, strategy, and organizational management. The individual will shadow the CEO, attend all his meetings, help manage priorities and schedules, and serve as a strategic thought partner and problem-solver.

Hands-on experience in project management, calendaring, internal and external coordination, and high-level business analysis.

While the position includes logistical and support responsibilities (e.g., travel coordination, meeting prep), the emphasis is on strategic support and cross-functional analysis and collaboration.
