We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage cases from inception through trial. This role involves hands-on litigation, client interaction, and courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Handle cases through all stages of litigation.
• Court Appearances: Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Legal Drafting: Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Client Communication: Provide updates and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years litigation experience.
• License: Active CA Bar required.

Compensation
$120,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
