Known for its collaborative culture and strong client relationships, the firm is growing its litigation team and seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Orlando office. This is a full-time, onsite position with potential for hybrid flexibility. The firm is looking for a proactive litigator with 3+ years of experience, ideally with a background in Construction Law, who is ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience with bonus potential hitting $250,000-$300,000 based on performance and contracts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of commercial litigation matters
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs with limited supervision
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients
• Utilize e-discovery tools and manage case documentation
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation timelines
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants
• Communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients
• Support firm-wide litigation goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of Commercial and Civil Litigation; Construction Law experience is a plus
• Comfortable managing high-volume caseloads and complex matters
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as Filevine and Lead Docket
