Compensation: $90,000- $115,000
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience as a Paralegal
- Personal Injury background
- Pre-litigation, litigation and trial preparation experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) strong plus
Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a well‑established Dallas-based litigation-focused law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to support their attorneys in a fast-paced, high-quality legal environment. Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial binders, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research, manage case files, and maintain organized document systems.
- Coordinate discovery responses, document production, and deposition preparation.
- Draft, review, and summarize legal and case-related materials.
- Maintain communication with clients, court staff, and external parties.
- Assist with trial preparation and provide case support as needed.
- Support attorneys across commercial, construction, real estate, and related litigation matters.
- Competitive salary ranging $90-115,000, depending on experience.
