We’re seeking a Senior Counsel or Partner to join our Product Liability Practice Group in San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for attorneys with 7+ years of litigation experience who have had and value hands-on case responsibility and the opportunity to advance in a trial-oriented practice.

In this role, you will:

• Take lead on key litigation activities: depositions, motions, client communication, and expert coordination

• Manage discovery strategy and execution

• Handle trial prep and courtroom planning

• Lead/Participate in Trial Teams

• Collaborate with colleagues across offices on major national cases

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar license

• 7+ years of relevant litigation experience

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Self-starter with a strategic mindset and trial-readiness

• Knowledge of both state and federal court procedures

• Prior trial or arbitration experience
