Tax Associate

We are seeking junior associates to join our Tax group to support the Firm's structured finance, securitization, derivatives, and private funds practices.  Our Tax team is dedicated to providing inventive tax solutions that meet the challenges and objectives of our clients’ most sophisticated business dealings around the globe, from corporate transactions and restructurings to financial transactions and fund formation and investing.  Our practice is also top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers, The Legal 500 and U.S News.  

Salary is $235,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. 

We are looking for:

• Experience in transactional tax work, prior structured finance or securitization experience is not required
• Law firm experience required, preferably at a large firm
