- Serves as Executive Assistant to Director of Constituent Services.
- Performs routine and non-routine administrative tasks.
- Researches and compiles personal, confidential and sensitive correspondence on behalf of director.
- Screens all correspondence submitted from staff members for director’s signature.
- Prepares reports and forms.
- Performs sensitive clerical and fiduciary tasks (e.g., prepares correspondence, reports, & tables).
- Maintains confidential files handles, sensitive telephone calls and channels calls to appropriate parties for response.
- Sets up meetings.
- Makes reservations and travel arrangements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
