Product Liability Trial Attorney – Defense

Overview: We have an opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with civil litigation defense experience to join our Life Sciences Product Liability practice in our Minneapolis, MN location.  This role will have significant opportunity and responsibility associated with day-to-day case work up, handling depositions, working directly with clients, identifying and working with technical and medical experts, writing and arguing motions, managing critical discovery tasks, and ultimately supporting partners with the overall defense of cases, including through trial.

Skills / Qualifications:  

• JD from accredited law school
• Current Minnesota Bar admission
• 6+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense/product liability)
• Large scale motion experience
• Trial experience, preferred
• Understanding of current state and federal procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary for this position is $170,000 - $200,000+ depending on experience.
