Internship – Corporate Legal Intern
Brentwood is a solutions provider for highly diverse worldwide industries including automotive, medical packaging, cooling systems, stormwater management, and water & wastewater treatment. At Brentwood, we engineer and manufacture both custom and proprietary products ranging from sterile medical packaging to highly sophisticated water media systems.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with various legal matters on a day-to-day basis.
- Complete projects connected with re-building the infrastructure of the department, e.g., reviewing, categorizing, and digitizing the boxes of printed documents.
- Review and organize documents and real property assets.
- Update the department's legal research on foundational matters in corporate governance, employment law, privacy law, etc.
- Draft (with supervision) "forms" to facilitate self-serve options for routine documents (e.g., travel letters to consulates, simple contracts).
- Prepare contract digests for significant contracts.
- Other projects as needed.
This internship is located in Reading, PA.
Brentwood’s Internship program gives students the opportunity to gain meaningful, real-world work experience aligned with their studies. Each summer we offer a variety of paid internships to college and university students in undergraduate programs.
Eligibility Requirements
- Full-time student in an accredited Law program.
- Patent student preferred, but not required
- Be legally authorized to work within the U.S.
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Excellent research skills
Program Requirements:
- Attend first day orientation
- Full-time availability between June 2nd- August 8th
- Adhere to all company rules, regulations, and policies
- Final Deliverable – Must prepare and present to management and leadership
