Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group in their Philadelphia office.
Candidate Profile:- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Pennsylvania.
- 3-4 years of substantive experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), employee benefits, and executive compensation law.
- Proficiency in working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other applicable employee benefits laws.
- Experience advising on matters related to executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits.
- Exceptional drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Counsel clients on compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other employee benefits regulations.
- Draft and review executive compensation agreements, retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits documents.
- Provide strategic advice on employee benefits and compensation matters, including regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with other practice groups to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Manage multiple assignments effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
