What Drives Success

 

As the Legal/Contracts Administrator, reporting directly to Legal Information Governance Manager, you will leverage strong technical, organizational, and communication skills to manage digital workflows, maintain department systems, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for the contracts management function.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 

  • Serve as the primary technical and administrative support for company’s contracts management system, including assisting users, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain and optimize system functionality.
  • Route contracts and related requests through the review process, coordinating and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties. Follow up on open requests, audits, and other matters as needed to ensure timely completion of requests. Monitor status of each request.
  • Maintain and update departmental databases and digital records, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with internal processes.
  • Coordinate legal workflows, including routing documents, monitoring request status, identifying bottlenecks, and driving process efficiency.
  • Support document generation and management, including drafting simple correspondence, preparing templates, formatting documents, and managing shared resources.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, enhance user experience, and increase automation within legal systems.
  • Assist with maintenance and system administration of the contract management system.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including but not limited to: legal department personnel, business users, service providers, and outside counsel.
  • Identify and implement process improvement in the contracts administration and legal administration functions.
  • Provide attorneys and legal operations professionals with light administrative support upon request, including drafting simple documents and correspondence, PowerPoint presentation creation, meeting/conference call set up, and various administrative duties as requested.
  • Other duties as requested.

 

What We Are Looking For

 

  • Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with a contract or other database management system
  • Skillfully work with Microsoft Office including OneDrive, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other applications and tools such as Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including interacting effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Experience in a legal environment preferred
  • Note: Paralegal certification optional/not required.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).  The starting salary range for this role and market is between $65,000-85,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
