Intake Attorney

For 30 years, the attorneys of Isaacs & Isaacs have fought for injured victims in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. As our Intake Attorney, you will have the opportunity to engage and sign clients in for Personal Injury.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Determine viability of potential cases. 
• Sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.
• Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including occasional nights and weekends. (Covers on call situations to answer questions from Intake Clients that Intake team members may not be able to answer)
• Travel to location to speak with and sign clients as needed.
• Work with intake team to lead potential clients step-by-step through their intake process.
• Disengage from clients that don’t meet the personal injury claim requirements.
• Move clients to the case assignment category for assignment to paralegal/attorney team

• Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky state bar
• Having taken UBE in last 5 years or also being licensed in IN, OH, IL is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close.
• At least two years of experience working in plaintiff-side personal injury a plus
• Ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
• Strong familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI a plus
• This position could be a growth role for the firm into an associate attorney role in pre-litigation
