Job Description
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Legal Admin (Data Analysis) for our Chicago office.
This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office.

What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
- Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to legal cases, contracts, and other legal matters.
- Prepare and maintain data reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and legal strategy.
- Track key legal metrics, deadlines, and milestones for ongoing cases or projects.
- Assist in the creation and management of case management databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to identify trends, risks, or inefficiencies within legal operations.
- Support in legal research and analysis, gathering relevant data to inform case strategies and decisions.
- Generate periodic reports
- Ensure proper documentation and storage of legal files and maintain records for easy retrieval
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and filings as needed
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Data Analysis, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in a legal administrative role, with an emphasis on data management or analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret legal data and provide insights.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and documentation practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations related to legal work.
