Fennemore has an exciting opportunity in its Phoenix office for an experienced, detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant.

This role is primarily in-office, requiring four days per week onsite, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

The ideal candidate is a Legal Assistant with 5+ years of related experience supporting senior professionals and clients at a high level. This individual will be highly organized, poised, and professional, with demonstrated skill in managing priorities, people, and processes in a fast-paced environment.

The position supports two attorneys in the Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice and serves as a primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client needs via phone and email, welcoming clients in the office, and assisting with billing-related follow-up. The role blends traditional legal support with broader office responsibilities, offering variety, visibility, and collaboration within a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

· Provide full administrative and legal support to attorneys

· Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, handling sensitive client communications with discretion via phone, email, and Zoom

· Coordinate attorney calendars, conference calls, meetings, and client appointments, including room scheduling, and materials

· Track attorney CLE requirements and maintain records as needed

· Manage collection, organization, and filing of legal documents and correspondence under attorney direction; maintain physical and electronic files

· Perform other administrative and office support tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

· 5+ years of Legal Administrative Assistant or related experience in an Executive Assistant capacity required

· Proven ability to anticipate attorneys' needs and take proactive steps to ensure efficient workflow

· Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and respond with urgency

· Strong command of the English language with excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), DocuSign, Adobe/Kofax; experience with iManage and Intapp a plus

· High school diploma or equivalent
