Responsibilities- Advise clients on real estate transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and financing properties.
- Prepare and review contracts, deeds, and other real estate documents.
- Represent clients in probate proceedings, including will contests and estate administration.
- Manage and facilitate the legal processes involved in the transfer of property ownership.
- Conduct legal research and keep up-to-date with changes in real estate and probate laws.
- Negotiate and resolve disputes related to real estate transactions and estate matters.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear guidance and support throughout legal processes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state where the firm operates.
