Duties If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for enforcing Federal Criminal and Civil laws that protect life, liberty, and the property of citizens. This position will coordinate the management of e-Discovery, e-Litigation, e-Document, and related issues on cases involving illegal immigration, illegal trafficking of human beings or dangerous drugs, and targeting the Cartels and Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs), including those designated as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) and Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs) pursuant to Executive Order 14157. Typical work assignments will include: Utilizing software applications to extract or download electronic case materials from storage devices or transfer sites. Processing complex and voluminous electronically stored information and preparing it for review or production by the litigation team. Actively participating in investigating and litigating civil and criminal cases by providing litigation support services to manage and analyze case materials in support of the trial team. Providing technical advice to litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to facilitate litigation decisions, trial preparation and trial presentation. Conducting district-wide training to Assistant United States Attorneys, paralegal, and support staff on e-Discovery, e-Litigation, and e-Document. Overseeing the move to Net Documents. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress. Salary- $75,025 - $116,906/year
