Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Wayne, PA
Timoney Knox, LLP is seeking a professional and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our Wayne, PA team. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and other visitors, and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take and relay messages accurately
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court dates
- Prepare and draft written correspondence, emails, and other routine legal documents
- Maintain and update attorneys' calendars and manage scheduling logistics
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Organize and maintain client files, both physical and electronic
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role (legal office experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal or case management software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Pennsylvania Notary Public is a plus
- $18 - $22/hour
