Key Responsibilities

As an Intake Attorney, your primary focus is signing up cases. Acting as a Closer, your duties will include, but are by no means limited to: 

• Conduct Consultations: Engage with prospective clients to assess the merit of their personal injury claims, ensuring they meet the firm’s criteria for representation.
• Secure Client Engagements: Use persuasive and empathetic communication to convert qualified leads into signed clients, emphasizing trust-building and connection.
• Maintain Clear Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact during the intake process, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any concerns or questions from prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the Intake Team: Work closely with intake specialists and support staff to streamline the handoff process once cases are accepted, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Optimize Sales Techniques: Continuously refine your sales strategies, incorporating feedback and data to enhance conversion rates and meet firm objectives.

• Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in state
• Must possess a license to practice law in CA, IL, NV or AZ.
• Ideally 5+ years in personal Injury or equivalent role.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
• Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

In addition to a competitive salary, this position has a generous bonus structure, and will receive the following benefits:

TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, as such, any salary range provided may not be applicable in all states. Any offer made to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include years of experience, education, location, etc.
