Job Description:

A Service Specialist (Legal Print & Copy) is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include; production print, copy, and finishing services. This position will work the hours 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Production Print, Copy and Assembly Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions in a fast paced office environment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field, previous experience in print/copy production required

  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

  • Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

  • Scheduled Hours: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday (In office / No remote work)

The Compensation range for this role is 17.50 to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
