Polsinelli has a position available for an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in their Nashville office, supporting litigation practice groups. This position will require the candidate to be in the office five days a week, with no hybrid option available. Additionally, Big Law experience is preferred. This position will support Health Care Litigation attorneys.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process attorney expense reimbursements and vendor invoices.
- Manage files, open new matters as requested by attorneys, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
- Manage calendars and travel schedules.
- Prepare legal filings, format documents, TOC and TOA, open new matters, maintain timekeeper calendars and expense reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 or more years of Litigation experience. Health Care Litigation experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Chrome River and iManage is preferred.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Must be a team player and willing to do any project large or small.
- Big Law experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner to develop rapport with clients.
- Maintain strong working relationships.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong proofreading and typing skills.
